Chief Financial OfficerA growing multi-unit restaurant group is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team in a newly created position. This is an exciting opportunity for a financially astute leader who enjoys digging into the details, identifying opportunities, and building the systems and processes that help a business operate more efficiently.The organization is entering an important period of growth and operational rebuilding. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and financial discipline while partnering closely with ownership and the operational team to create a stronger foundation for the future.What You'll DoLead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a multi-unit restaurant operation.Analyze costs, profitability, and operating performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and financial results.Develop and implement financial and operational systems, processes, and procedures.Establish stronger reporting, accountability, and financial controls across the organization.Partner with Operations and Culinary leadership to improve labor costs, food costs, purchasing, and overall restaurant-level profitability.Coordinate with the bookkeeper and outside accounting and tax professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and the development of meaningful business performance metrics.Evaluate capital expenditures, operational investments, and opportunities for continued growth.Help build the infrastructure and processes needed to support a growing restaurant group.Serve as a trusted financial and strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership.What We're Looking ForProven experience in financial leadership, preferably within a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment.Strong entrepreneurial drive and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the business.Demonstrated experience building or rebuilding financial and operational systems, processes, and procedures.A hands-on, analytical approach with the ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.Strong understanding of restaurant-level economics, including labor, food costs, prime cost, and profitability.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.The ability to work effectively in an evolving organization where there is significant opportunity to make an impact.A personality that aligns with a collaborative, transparent, and accountable leadership culture.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary of $120,000–$150,000.401(k) program.Employer-sponsored health insurance.Paid Time Off.Free on-site parking.Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding restaurant group.Supportive ownership and collaborative leadership culture.Job ID: 181131 #postGreg Dickinson
