Elevate Search Partners is partnering with one of the Midwest's most financially strong and sophisticated organizations to identify its next Director of International Tax. We're looking for an experienced international tax professional who wants to help a global organization play offense with its tax strategy, rather than simply getting the compliance right. This opportunity is part of a thoughtfully planned succession, allowing the incoming leader time to learn the business before the current international tax leader retires.

Scope of the Role

• Lead international tax strategy, planning, and oversight across a complex global organization.

• Advise executive leadership on cross-border transactions, M&A, international tax structuring, and evolving regulations.

• Partner with a Big 4 firm on tax provisions, compliance, and complex technical matters.
\n
• Help shape the organization's adoption of AI and automation, allowing the tax team to focus more of its time on strategic initiatives.
