\n \nThis global organization is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to partner directly with operations leadership and help drive performance across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
\n \nThis is not a traditional accounting role.
\n \nThis is a highly visible finance leadership position where you'll influence business decisions, improve profitability, optimize working capital, and help shape the future of a complex operation.
\n \nThe Opportunity
\nYou'll serve as the financial business partner to operational leaders while collaborating with finance teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.
\n \nYour work will directly impact:

\n \nWhat We're Looking For
\n✔ 7+ years of finance experience
\n✔ Strong operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics finance background
\n✔ Experience with cost accounting
\n✔ Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
\n✔ Financial modeling and business analytics expertise
\n✔ ERP experience
\n✔ MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
\n✔ Multi-site manufacturing experience is a major plus
\n✔ Spanish language skills are highly valued
