This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively communicate with clients, resolve billing disputes, and ensure timely payments — all while maintaining positive customer relationships. The Credit and Collections Representative will work closely with the credit and collections team to follow established policies and elevate issues when necessary. Evaluate and approve credit applications based on company criteria. Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments. Contact customers to discuss their accounts and arrange payment plans if necessary. Resolve billing and payment discrepancies by working with internal departments and customers. Prepare and send out invoices and account statements to customers. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications. Prepare reports on the status of accounts for credit and collections activities. Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations regarding credit and collections. Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a credit and collections specialist or in a similar role. Understanding of credit and collections processes and principles.
