Ideal Customer Profile: Persona: HR and Internal Communications Industry: Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, Warehousing, Agriculture, Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Oil & Gas Size (All Segments): 20 - 10,000+ employees Mid‑Market: 201-2,000 employees Responsibilities: Executing demos with new inbound and outbound leads. Engaging buying committees and closing new Yourco customers. Sourcing new opportunities by outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, direct mail), networking, and referrals. Attending events to open up doors with new clients. Advancement: After you prove yourself, Mid‑Market reps will have the opportunity to move into Large Enterprise sales in order to sell our Yourco Enterprise Bridge product.
