Treatment Coordinator

Job Details Job Location: Maplewood (Maplewood clinic), MN 55109 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly Job Category: Administrative Overview Join our team in Maplewood as a full-time Treatment Coordinator! This position serves a critical role in the clinic as they help patients understand the cost of recommended treatment and makes appropriate financial arrangements with patients. Responsibilities Review schedule daily for patient financial obligations Verify all patients’ insurance – state and commercial Collect payments and/or copays from patients Receive overflow calls from scheduling coordinators Receive and return calls from patients pertaining to financial quotes for treatment plans Schedule patient appointments as needed Answer patient questions regarding billing and payment options Process application for sliding fee scale and care grants Post payments on patient accounts Send out pre-estimates to patients Position Hours Mid-Shift: Monday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm, and Friday from 10pm to 5pm PM Shift: Monday through Thursday 2:00pm – 9:30pm and Friday from 12:00pm – 5:30pm Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a dental or medical office setting Experience working with insurance No prior dental experience required What We Offer Meaningful work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth Comprehensive medical, dental and life insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401k plus company match Equal Opportunity Employer Community Dental Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
