We're seeking a motivated leader to oversee daily production operations and help build a safe, engaged, and high-performing team. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in delivering quality products while supporting employee development and operational excellence. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop production team members Drive safety, quality, and food safety compliance Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve production goals Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, food processing, agriculture, or a related environment Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or a related industry Dairy industry experience preferred Knowledge of GMPs, food safety regulations, and manufacturing safety practices, including LOTO and hazard recognition Experience with scheduling, performance management, and systems such as Workday Benefits We provide a broad portfolio of benefits to keep you and your family at your best.
