Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver one-on-one and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of children and their families impacted by autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address individual and family dynamics.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emergency mental health support, which may involve being on-call for unexpected situations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including clinical notes and monthly statistics, essential for ongoing care and compliance.

This role focuses on providing mental health services primarily to children and their parents dealing with autism and various neurodevelopmental disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current active license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
