Yard Associate

Job Overview The Full-Time Yard Associate supports daily yard and warehouse operations, managing material receiving, stocking, and organization while maintaining safety standards and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Move, stock, and organize products in the yard and warehouse to maintain accurate inventory. Load and unload materials from customer and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment following all safety rules. Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and use proper lifting techniques. Check and verify orders, complete shipping and receiving paperwork, and collaborate with team members to meet delivery deadlines. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age 18 years old. Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously. Capability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks; forklift experience or certification preferred. Experience in hands‑on yard/warehouse operations. Proficient in English; Spanish may be required in some locations. Pass background screening and drug screen. Working Conditions Work is performed outdoors or in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $23.94 per hour, with starting wage influenced by position, location, education, training, and experience.
