Lead Assembly and Test Process Engineer

Establishes and maintains process controls to meet quality standards in the most efficient and scalable manner for both new and existing operations. Monitors pilot and high-volume production, troubleshoots process issues, and supports the resolution of quality concerns. Serves as a technical expert across multiple projects, production jobs, and processes as required.
