Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and symptomology.

• Develop culturally responsive and family-centered treatment plans, offering services such as individual and family counseling, with a focus on actionable and measurable outcomes.

• Implement trauma-informed practices in all therapeutic sessions, adapting approaches to fit the unique experiences of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and service coordinators within our organization to ensure holistic care and support for clients.

• Complete essential clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with program standards and timelines.

• Maintain detailed case files to track client progress and uphold confidentiality requirements.

• Manage a designated caseload determined by programmatic needs and adjust to meet the needs of client populations.

• Engage in crisis intervention assessments and provide immediate support as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of our team and clients.

You will primarily work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including those facing significant life challenges, trauma, and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active clinical license to practice in California, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, without any supervision requirements.

• Commitment to maintaining regular attendance and engagement in team meetings and collaborative sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, particularly working with vulnerable and diverse populations in clinical settings. Experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and outpatient therapy is highly desirable.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
