Job Overview
Pay Range: $23hr - $25hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in supporting day to day operations from a technical licensing perspective.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day activation of licensing, cellular activations, and entitlements.
- Checking for correct licensing and entitlements for subscribed devices.
- Handling inbound tier 2 support requests for licensing and activation requests.
- Submitting internal requests for supporting serialized device ownership.
- Working directly with the Subscription Specialist to understand changing requests and responsibilities.
- Working with internal operations teams on fulfillment of and supporting subscription customer needs.
- Aligning and working with BA teams on key support priorities.
- Working with the Worldwide team for solutions to complex problems.
