Project Manager

Pond is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineer or Architect) to join our growing, award-winning Federal group in support of our U.S. Air Force program. This position will be based onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL, working directly with project teams supporting federal facilities. We are looking for a self-starting, driven individual who will augment our strong team dynamic and embrace our client-first culture. This person must demonstrate a natural desire to take initiative, lead teams, and consistently exceed client expectations. Successful Project Managers at Pond & Company operate with a team-based philosophy and are responsible for managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams, as well as overseeing sub-consultants. Qualifications Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management 5+ years of experience within an architecture, engineering, or construction organization 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager Thorough knowledge of design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management Experience with procurement processes and procedures Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other relevant software Ability to work onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL 4 days per week Occasional attendance at meetings and off-site events; must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance Position may require occasional travel Must be able to travel internationally, if required, via passport or other official documentation Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); access to federal installations may require additional security credentials and the ability to obtain a security clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr Pond & Company
