Project Coordinator

Preferred location: Basking Ridge, NJ, or Miami, FL. Project Coordinator, Brand & Creative Operations - Verizon Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will be a key member of the Brand & Creative team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all creative projects. This role will support the Operations Manager in implementing and maintaining streamlined workflows, managing project timelines, and facilitating clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and agency partners. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about process improvement and enabling creative teams to do their best work. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Manage the intake of all new creative requests, ensuring all necessary information is provided. Create and maintain project plans and timelines in Asana, our central project management tool. Track project progress and proactively identify and flag any risks or delays. Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings, including kickoffs and reviews. Support Value Gear project workflows and tracking Process & Workflow Management: Champion the use of Asana as the single source of truth for all project-related communication and documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of standardized workflows for creative reviews, version control, and project handoffs. Maintain a centralized repository of all project assets and documentation. Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries. Facilitate clear and timely communication between the creative team, internal stakeholders, and our agency partner. Prepare and distribute regular project status updates. Production Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Maintain the end-to-end Value Gear production calendar across quarterly release cycles, tracking project status from initial concept and sourcing through sampling, artwork approvals, pre-production, and store availability. Sample Logistics & Quality Proofing: Coordinate physical sample shipments across multi-site office locations (CA/CO/FL) and manage vendor proof reviews (PMS color matching, print/embroidery specifications, and physical mockups) with manufacturing partners like RiG. Merchandise Intake & Creative Briefing: Facilitate project intake briefs and asset delivery for new branded apparel, outdoor retail marketing assets, and event swag across all value brands. Store Onboarding & Catalog Maintenance: Partner with internal brand teams and external vendors to shepherd new SKU additions onto the Verizon Value Gear (VVG) online store, tracking pricing tiers, inventory readiness, and digital proof approvals. Promotional Activations & Marketing Support: Assist in building and coordinating marketing activation guides, promo communications (clearance sales, seasonal drops, internal Slack announcements, and dealer alerts), and cross-functional launch schedules. Team Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Brand & Creative team as needed. Assist the Operations Manager, Director with onboarding new team members, agencies and training them on our ways of working. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment. Proven experience with project management tools, with a strong preference for Asana. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mad
