Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies that meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on a range of mental health issues.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to the client's preferences and requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care and continuity of services for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional distress, couples seeking relationship counseling, and families experiencing challenges related to mental health. Your work will directly contribute to removing barriers to mental health access, making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who may otherwise lack support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical and legal guidelines in counseling practice.

• Experience working effectively within a healthcare team and utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
