Adecco is currently hiring On Site Customer Service Representatives in Odessa, FL at one of our Premier Customers. Is this the job for you? Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Customer Service Representative:

• Working in a fast-paced office environment, you'll be providing outstanding customer service while supporting customers, business partners, and drivers throughout the delivery process.

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email while resolving concerns in a professional manner.

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues, monitor delivery route progress, verify haul-away documentation, and process order changes or cancellations.

You’ll also receive the following perks with this job:

• Pay: starting at $17.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday through Friday fully On SIte (shifts and days may vary)

• Weekly paycheck

• Work with a leading transportation and logistics organization

• One year of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
