Branch Manager

The Opportunity Our client is a subsidiary of one of the largest independent HVAC/R distributors in the world, representing top-tier equipment brands along with a complete line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. What You'll Do Build and execute a local sales plan designed to meet and exceed branch growth targets Model sales excellence every day and set the standard for your team Lead, motivate, and develop branch personnel, helping them exceed their own goals Grow the existing customer base while identifying new sales channels and growth opportunities Leverage proprietary technology to drive sales and operational efficiency Own branch operations end to end, including receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, or professional development, with advance notice whenever possible. What We're Looking For A track record of rapidly growing sales, ideally in a retail or branch environment Prior leadership experience; P'L ownership strongly preferred Strong customer service instincts and relationship-building skills; a team builder who is also a team player Comfort analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions and business planning Experience building cross-functional relationships Nice to Have Experience working with HVAC contractors (strongly desired) B2B distribution or wholesale sales management experience Familiarity with sales and/or inventory management systems Proficiency in MS Office and comfort operating in a technical environment Competitive total compensation plus Competitive total compensation plus sales-based bonus incentives, along with health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, EAP, tuition reimbursement and professional development, paid vacation and sick time, company-paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and an employee discount program.
