This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting fundamentals who enjoys balancing day-to-day accounting responsibilities with month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
✅ Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
✅ Perform bank and account reconciliations
✅ Support fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
✅ Produce and analyze financial reports
✅ Assist with audit preparation and documentation
✅ Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
✅ Leverage Excel to analyze data and improve reporting efficiency

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of accounting experience
✔ Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Sage
✔ Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
