Staff Accountant

Furniture Row Accounting is looking for a Staff Accountant! Position Details Position: Staff Accountant Location: North Denver Accounting office Experience: Prior Accounting Experience Full-Time: 40 Hrs/Week, Monday to Friday, 100% in office Starting Salary: Commensurate with skill set, $60,000-$70,000 starting, with growth potential We are looking for someone who: Is looking for a career, not just a job Is highly organized and detail-oriented Has intermediate level Microsoft Office and computer skills [Excel, Word] Has strong administrative skills with ability to anticipate and resolve problems Can meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy Has the ability to maintain confidentiality Has a team-oriented mindset and is coachable. Has a strong enough personality to give their opinion, yet humble enough to accept a veto. Is able to manage multiple duties with overlapping timelines simultaneously Is always interested in learning more aspects of the business and expanding responsibilities Preferred: Multi-Entity and Multi-jurisdiction experience are a plus Bachelor’s Degree or greater in business or related field of study Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (emphasis on excel) Duties: Duties will encompass all aspects of accounting to include but not limited to, accounts payable, all types of tax, customer service, data analysis, reconciliations, and special projects.
