Compensation and Benefits Year 1 on target earnings: $100,000–$120,000 with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on target earnings: $132,000–$152,000 with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. Hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work). Recognition and incentives including an annual President’s Club trip. Clear career path with high potential for promotions in both leadership and sales. 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training while on the job and ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. Offer websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for client retention through strong account management. Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects. Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries. Qualifications Grit and relentless perseverance.
