• Chemotherapy certification preferred

• Active and unrestricted RN license verified through Nursys
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience in a similar-sized healthcare facility

• Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Professional references and completed skills checklist
