We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This crucial role involves managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all office supplies are stocked.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using software such as QuickBooks.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy before distribution.
• Support office management tasks including filing, organizing, and maintaining office equipment. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Experience in dental reception or as a personal assistant is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities.
• Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
