Frazier & Frazier is seeking a professional, dependable and detail oriented paralegal or legal assistant to provide support to our estate and tax planning practice.

The ideal candidate will have (i) the ability to work independently while performing as part of a team, (ii) a strong work ethic, (iii) a high degree of organization, flexibility, and adaptability, and (iv) a professional demeanor and pleasant personality with the ability to work closely with co-workers and interact with clients.

We have a sophisticated practice and, as a small firm, work closely together as a team to deliver results for our clients and partners.

Position Requirements:

· Prior estate planning and probate experience preferred.

· Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.

· Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing demands and timelines.

· Extremely organized. Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

· Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

· College degree preferred, but not required.

· Ability to work 8:30 – 5:00 pm (with overtime as needed) in our Riverside office.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:
