About the Role:
Join The Personal Injury Pros as an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager in Las Vegas, NV! This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Gather and organize case documentation and evidence.
- Assist clients in understanding their rights and the legal process.
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes in our case management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their case.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive demeanor and a passion for helping clients.
