Account Coordinator

Furman Feiner Advertising is a leading recruitment advertising agency headquartered in New York City. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college grad (preferably with an interest in advertising, media, marketing or communications) or an individual with strong administrative, data entry experience who is interested in building a career in advertising, media, and recruitment marketing. We offer extensive training and mentorship, providing the right candidate with exposure to all aspects of digital recruitment advertising, media planning, and account management. Previous internship or other experience in advertising, marketing or media a plus. What You'll Do As an Account Coordinator, you will support our Account Management team while learning the fundamentals of recruitment advertising and media strategy. Responsibilities Post and manage job advertisements across digital job boards and recruitment platforms Assist with research and administrative projects Support Account Managers with client and vendor requests Prepare reports, analytics, and campaign performance summaries Interact with clients, media vendors, and recruitment partners Assist with media planning and advertising campaign execution Maintain accurate records and data entry within internal systems Contribute ideas for recruitment marketing and social media campaigns Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong keyboarding and data entry skills Exceptional attention to detail Highly organized with strong time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong research and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience writing headlines or content for social media advertising is a plus, but not required Previous recruiting advertising, media, or agency experience is helpful but not required What We Offer We believe in developing talent and providing opportunities for long-term career growth.
