Pay & Benefits:

• Pay range: $30.00 – $36.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift differentials for evenings ($2.30), nights ($3.75), weekends ($3.00)
• Full benefits package

You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive care to obstetric patients and newborns in a compassionate manner
• Monitor fetal heart rates and support labor progression
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform routine procedures
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients and families about postpartum care and newborn care
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate clinical interventions

What You Need:

• Kansas RN license
• BLS certification (required within 2 weeks)
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications (obtained within specified timeframes)
• Recent experience in labor and delivery (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
