Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic and neurologic conditions, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Engage with patients through functional treatment strategies that promote active participation in their rehabilitation process.
• Utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries to ensure continuity of care.
• Assess and interpret data reflective of each patient's status, thereby providing age-specific care and addressing the unique requirements of diverse populations.
• Follow departmental policies and procedure, contributing to a high standard of care that aligns with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Empower Move, you will primarily work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and other orthopedic challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification required.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida; a temporary permit is acceptable for recent graduates.
