Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Providing high-quality psychotherapy, which may include individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, or EMDR to support clients on their healing journeys.
\n
• Maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) software.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure coordinated care and professional collaboration.
\n
• Adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations while providing services in a telehealth and in-person capacity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. This role requires respect for and sensitivity to each family’s unique culture and individual circumstances. You will be instrumental in creating a tailored therapeutic approach that meets the distinct needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted LMFT License to practice in Florida.
\n
• Proficient bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, with strong written, verbal, and non-verbal abilities.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing services to children, adults, and families.
\n
• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
\n
• Ability to provide short-term individual and group therapy, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be highly valued:

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, or perinatal mental health.
\n
• Training in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• Successfully completed HIPAA training and experience in a behavioral health setting.
\n
• Prior experience working with insurance panels as an in-network provider.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses. In addition, our benefits package includes:
