Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will build, train, and manage a sales team, generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and developing sales reps, so they may thoroughly build rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluate their needs, and negotiate successful deals, as well as submitting sales reports. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to lead by example. 

Responsibilities 

• Recruiting, training, and developing sales reps
• Support your sales team to develop rapport and build relationships with potential and existing customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings when needed to support sales team with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
• Develop sales rep for promotion higher roles in sales and management

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of previous experience in Telecommunications or Technology Outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
• Aggressive, Hunter Mentality
