Corporate Recruiter - Contract

High Profile, Inc. Has partnered with our client, a premier, publicly traded diversified energy and petroleum manufacturing organization, to hire a Contract Corporate Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This role supports corporate and commercial business segments, managing full lifecycle recruitment to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. The contract period is expected to last through the end of the year and could be extended depending on the workload. Schedule will be in‑office 5 days per week through the training period and then transition to hybrid (3 days in‑office/2 days at home). Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for professional, technical, operational, and commercial positions across multiple locations. Partner directly with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to conduct strategy sessions, define job requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and develop tailored interview plans. Proactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean search, social platforms, employee networks, and specialized industry groups. Conduct in‑depth candidate pre‑screens, manage candidate updates, and oversee the selection process to deliver a consistent candidate experience. Perform compensation and offer analyses, advise leadership on salary adjustments, and generate formal offer letters in accordance with company standards. Ensure strict adherence to federal and state employment laws, EEO regulations, and OFCCP/Affirmative Action recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
