Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy when delivering treatment to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards, to ensure quality care and practice integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain updated on the latest trends in mental health research and practices.

Our client base consists of individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellpower, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the nuanced needs of each individual, couple, or family you service.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in clinical settings, exhibiting hands-on practice in a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport across a broad spectrum of clients.

• A demonstrated ability to function collaboratively within a healthcare team.
