Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, clients, investors, and staff
  • Handle personal scheduling, reservations, errands, and special requests
  • Coordinate personal travel, family logistics, and household-related tasks as needed
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Assist with event planning, gifting, and personal projects
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives on behalf of the CEO
  • Conduct research and gather information for strategic decision-making
  • Help streamline administrative processes and improve organizational efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Salary Range

35.00 - 50.00

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
