About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 20 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience required. License: Must possess a valid permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required, NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: - One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. - Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. - All travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative drug screen required. Description: This position offers 20 weeks of winter coverage, with 13 weeks also accepted at this time. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience. No exceptions will be made for the requirements listed in the job description. Charge RN references are accepted. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass assessments during orientation. Background checks will be reviewed by the facility, and travelers with any open cases will not be accepted. Candidates who have had a previous assignment with this organization cannot return for one year. Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a six-month break required before returning unless client approval is obtained.
