Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges and develop targeted treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth, improved mental health, and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and track their therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure effectiveness.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and management of client care, ensuring timely and accurate records are kept.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy, enhancing skill sets and treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing various mental health issues. This could involve dealing with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, among others. Your ability to provide tailored therapeutic approaches will be vital in navigating the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with individuals and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with various patient populations, particularly with adults as well as children and adolescents.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

• Track record of developing successful therapeutic relationships and achieving positive client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
