Role Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Manager to join our fast-growing advisory team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring deep expertise in:

• US GAAP technical accounting
• Global delivery operations
• Strategic client advisory

You’ll lead high-impact client engagements, guide global teams, and drive innovation in service delivery — all while playing a key role in expanding client relationships and building our firm’s future.

What you might expect:

• Lead Technical Accounting Engagements: Deliver expert guidance on US GAAP standards (ASC 606, 842, 805, 480, 815), help clients navigate complex transactions, and support adoption of new standards.
• Oversee Global Delivery Operations: Optimize collaboration with offshore teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment through strong SLAs and performance metrics.
• Drive Business Development: Identify new client opportunities, craft winning proposals, and serve as a trusted advisor to expand and strengthen relationships.
• Advise on Financial Reporting & Transactions: Oversee US GAAP and SEC-compliant financial statements, support M&A and restructuring efforts, and prepare clients for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strengthen Internal Controls & Risk Management: Design and evaluate ICFR frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance.
• Lead & Grow Global Teams: Mentor cross-functional teams, champion knowledge sharing, and cultivate a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced Expert: You bring 10+ years in public accounting with strong specialization in US GAAP advisory. At least 5 of those years have been spent in a senior management role.
• Certified Professional: CPA is mandatory. Additional certifications like CFA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
• Global Mindset: You’re well-versed in managing global teams and understand the dynamics of cross-border collaboration.
• Business Builder: You have a proven record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering value to clients.
• Strong Communicator: You possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, and you’re passionate about building relationships — internally and externally.
