Director, Premium Sales

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Sales Director to lead our Premium Sales division. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead the day-to-day responsibilities for this channel including new business development, strategic account management, and sales strategy and planning. You will work in tandem with the existing sales team and cross-functional colleagues to plan, meet, and exceed sales targets while building/maintaining strong customer relationships. Please note that this job requires candidates to be located within commuting distance of New York City and able to work on-site, full-time. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales activities to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth. Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and assort the product line. Develop and implement effective business plans and sales strategies. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while optimizing resources. Utilize existing relationships/experience to accelerate sales growth. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience). You bring existing Premium Sales division experience/relationships to allow for a fast start. Five years of previous strategic/national account management and team leadership. Proven track record in relationship building/networking skills to effectively lead communication at all organizational levels. Expertise in managing strategic customer partnerships (ex. Walmart, Target, and Clubs). A winning attitude: Positive in nature, highly motivated, selfless collaborator, persistent, resourceful, honest and assertive ambition.
