Responsibilities Design and execute high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads. Develop seasonal dessert menus that complement our culinary offerings. Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality across all locations. Oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory, and cost control. Train and mentor pastry team members. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or bakery. Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques. Creativity in dessert menu development and plating. Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
