As a Payroll Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure our restaurant teams get paid accurately and on time-every time. You’ll partner with managers across locations, provide top-notch support, and keep payroll operations running smoother than a fresh-baked roll. Responsibilities Process high-volume payroll for hourly restaurant employees Own payroll operations for assigned markets and locations Review and validate weekly payroll data, flagging and resolving variances Make manual payroll adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines Print checks and payroll reports Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and cost questions Audit tax setup and payroll data for accuracy Provide legendary service to managers and employees with payroll-related questions Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of administrative experience Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with payroll systems (Ultimate Software/UKG preferred) Payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Why You\'ll Love Your Job As our founder Kent Taylor said, “We’re a people-first company that just happens to serve steaks.” We believe in taking care of the whole Roadie: from professional development opportunities to a robust benefits package.
