Position Overview:

PRN Physical Therapist located in Monticello, Minnesota
The setting for this opportunity is Skilling Nursing (SNF)
Projected number of hours: 35 per week
Wage range is $40 - $55/hr. depending on # of hours
This position is sign-on bonus and/or student loan assistance eligible

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients
Complete documentation
Plan, market and develop new programs
Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
Possess or be eligible for state licensure
