Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals and facilitate generalization of skills
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer professional insights and strategies to educators to enhance classroom communication environments
• Remain current with best practices and state/federal guidelines for school-based therapy
