IT Specialist (Infosec/Sysadmin)
The duties and responsibilities for an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/SYSADMIN) GS-2210-13 generally include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assists in identifying, assessing, and documenting deploy and return of IT assets.
- Assists in the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise hardware and software systems.
- Maintains configuration management records and system baselines by documenting hardware, software, and configuration changes.
- Manages the IT asset lifecycle by maintaining accurate inventories, supporting audits, resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinating provisioning, maintenance, and disposition in compliance with organizational and federal requirements.
