Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and webinars that focus on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will work with individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience with a focus on individual therapy.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical issues in counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficient in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related documentation tools.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
