Inside Sales Representative

Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer's representative and distributor that designs specialized and custom fluid handling and heat transfer solutions for heating, cooling, plumbing, and industrial systems.

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a motivated professionals to join their Technical Inside Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in a stable, technical industry and is excited to learn from an experienced team. You don't need an HVAC or engineering background to be considered. What matters most is curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow. You'll be trained on the products, systems, and processes, and you'll gain hands-on experience across order management, project support, and customer service while working alongside the outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Entry and Processing

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Work with internal departments to keep orders moving and help solve problems as they come up.

Submittals

• Learn to prepare and submit documentation such as proposals, quotes, and product specifications to meet customer and project requirements.

Equipment Procurement

• Place orders for equipment and materials and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep deliveries on schedule.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer questions, share product information, and help resolve issues.
• Build relationships with customers through clear communication and consistent follow-up.

Supporting Outside Sales

• Partner with outside sales representatives on lead generation, customer follow-up, and order coordination.
• Learn the sales process firsthand from experienced reps.

Qualifications:

• 0 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or an office setting is a plus but not required.
• Interest in learning technical products and how mechanical systems work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
