Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Travel Nursing Contract in Boston, MA
Join a collaborative Labor & Delivery travel nursing team in Boston, Massachusetts. This 13-week travel nurse assignment offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate obstetric nursing care to patients and families during some of their most important moments while gaining valuable experience in a renowned healthcare community. - Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week
- Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Labor & Delivery RN Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license eligible for practice in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Labor & Delivery nursing credentials or specialty experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
- Successful completion of required license verification, skills review, and facility onboarding requirements
- Professional references and an up-to-date resume
Labor & Delivery Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
- Assess maternal and fetal status, identify changes in condition, and promptly escalate concerns
- Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring patient response
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthesia professionals, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Support patients and families through education, communication, and emotional care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established safety and quality standards
