Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess personalized treatment plans, integrating patient feedback into the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and patient confidentiality.

• Participate in case consultations and contribute to team meetings to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

As a therapist at Simple Serenity Wellness Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, embracing the complexities of their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships with clients and team members.

• Ability to work with various demographics and adapt treatment modalities to meet the distinct needs of each patient.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a counseling or mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
