Reviewing policy documents and ensuring compliance with guidelines, the full-time remote Associate Underwriter will evaluate crop insurance applications, respond to broker inquiries, and maintain relationships with agents. Key responsibilities Review policy information to determine application acceptability for crop insurance coverage Respond to inquiries from brokers and provide underwriting resources Verify rates and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies Required qualifications A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience Previous experience in the agriculture or crop insurance industry preferred A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality and diplomacy
