Manufacturing Accounting Manager: Lead Forecasting

Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) - South Shore, MA Our Client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization on Boston's South Shore, is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. This position will pay $110-130K on a base salary. What You’ll Do: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll accounting, cost accounting, and cash management Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Supervise and mentor accounting staff Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting accuracy What We’re Looking For: BS Degree in Accounting or related field 10+ years of accounting/finance experience 5+ years in an accounting leadership role Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Strong ERP systems, payroll, and Microsoft Office skills Proven leadership, analytical, and communication abilities This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well‑established company in a visible leadership role with long‑term growth potential.
