Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients will connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate directly with clients to create specific, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and document clients' progress using various evaluation tools, ensuring accountability and making adjustments to treatment approaches as needed.

Your primary focus will be on young adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Active and valid LPC license is mandatory.

• Clinical Experience: Proven experience in mental health treatment, particularly with individuals experiencing mood disorders, preferably in both residential and outpatient settings.

• Team-oriented Approach: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and align with our mission to inspire positive change.

• Clinical Techniques: Proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and effective documentation practices.
