Contract Support Analyst

Bill Rate: $25- 29/HR on W2 Part Time position

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Raise purchase orders
• Onboard suppliers, where required
• Verify asset details and level of service cover required with the Operations Team
• Maintain contract tracker information to ensure that all contracts are renewed on time
• Contact suppliers for quotations
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Liaise with internal approvers and client approvers
• Ensure the correct and safe storage of contracts and demand sheets
• Maintain and enhance data integrity
• Contribute to savings projects and strategies
• Attend and lead client review meetings
• Monitor and manage invoice pool for each client together with Operations Team
• Manage short-term and long-term projects as needed
• Other duties as required

Years of Experience: at least 3+ years in contract support analyst and/or related field

Education: At least GED

Software Skills: Excellent computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Smartsheet is a plus
