Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Latam commercial team. This position is fundamental to drive our growth, being responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the sales team, through active and/or receptive prospecting of hotels, inns, and resorts in Latin American markets.
We are looking for an SDR in Brazil to prospect qualified clients in Latin America!

What is expected from this position:
Prospect and qualify Latin American hotels via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media;
Understand the pain points and needs of leads and awaken interest in Asksuite's solution;
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with a high level of information and engagement;
Monitor your KPIs and seek constant performance improvements;
Contribute to the validation and testing of new channels, approaches, and cadence flows;
Keep information updated and organized in the CRM (preferably Pipedrive).
You will do great if:
You are very communicative and enjoy talking to and helping Latin American hoteliers, especially over the phone;
You want to evolve constantly! Asksuite is in constant growth and you will learn a lot about commercial processes, advanced sales techniques and negotiation, market analysis, among other skills;
You like goals and are motivated by challenges! The daily life of sales is much better if you enjoy the adrenaline of the end of the month;
You are passionate about growing and developing! There is not much room for complacent people here, growth is the key word! If you want to learn and improve every day, we are talking the same language.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling or similar);
Intermediate Office Suite;
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Pipedrive);
Experience with SaaS sales (preferably as an SDR);
Fluent/native Spanish;
Availability for remote work;
Availability to work 40 hours/week;
Excellent verbal and written communication.
It would be great if you had (not mandatory):
Basic/intermediate level English;
Experience with Pipedrive CRM.
